Here is a stunning, early 20th century table with some unique features. This table was made in Warsaw, IN by Caradelli & Co. and sold at Caradelli Furniture in New York City. We still have the original leaves crate that is stamped Caradelli. This store opened in 1900 and was located on West Houston Street.
The table is a flip top table, after flipping the top, it can also be extended to hold three leaves. Its total size with all leaves installed is 81x38x29" tall. Each leaf is 13 inches so the table can be reduced to 68", 55" or 42". In its smallest form with the top flipped closed, the table measures 38x21x30" tall.
The table is in very good condition, especially considering it is likely north of 100 years in age. There is some light wear throughout, some wear to the fifth center leg (it is still very stout and strong) and some light scratching and scuffing to the table surface.
